About Neptune Pools

Neptune Pool Specialists began with a young, entrepreneurial woman, Ellen Massier, who having worked in the pool services industry for ten years, began her own pool maintenance company in 1982. Partnering with her son Troy they maintained pools in the winter and shoveled snow and took on various odd jobs in the winters to help make ends meet. With a great deal of determination and hard work, by 1989 when Ellen passed away, Neptune Pools was not only self-supporting, but thriving with a full slate of pools and spas in the Denver-Metro area. Staci became a partner in 1989 and together she and Troy have built a business that continues to thrive because of their dedication, hard work and commitment to family and customers.

In 2022 Neptune Pool Specialists is celebrating its 40th year in business! Troy and Staci have added new business partners to focus on the financial, technological, and administrative aspects of Neptune Pools. David and Shannon Burcham are Colorado natives and joined the Neptune Pools team in early 2022. This new business relationship allows Troy and Staci to focus on their priorities – the day-to-day management and maintenance for their clients.

Over 40 years in Business

Maintenance

Pool maintenance includes chemical testing and management as well as regularly vacuuming the pool itself and cleaning all surfaces in and around a pool. Neptune’s employees handle the cleaning of the filters, tile, and pool deck, as well as the re-arranging of pool furniture and picking up trash as negotiated. Installing, fixing, and removing facility signage can be included as well.

From Neptune Pools it’s not just the typical maintenance- a once a week vacuum and chemical readings…. It’s checking the details, are water levels sufficient for proper operation, providing detailed records that include chemical readings and services performed, equipment inspections to ensure proper operation, cleaning tiles and cleaning up trash on the pool deck.

We also offer extended services both for an early pool opening or extending your pool season into September.

Oem Repairs

Pool services include OEM (original equipment manufacturer) warranty work, repairs, and equipment replacements, as well as pool builder warranty work repairing broken plaster, tiles, and leaks both in season and year-round.

If major emergency repairs are needed in season, Neptune has a network of sub-contractors who back them up. But Neptune can handle most minor repairs in season and handle larger repairs that can be postponed to the winter when a pool is closed.

Pool Supplies

Neptune also supplies its customers with products related to pool use. They provide all the needed pool chemicals, replacement equipment, brushes, extension poles and vacuum heads, safety covers for pools, bubble covers for spas, paper products for restrooms, trash bags and even first aid kits.
